Vyvanse tends to make me a bit anxious. I love coffee and don't want to stop drinking it (1 mug in the morning), but I wonder - is it possible that the coffee is adding to the anxiousness?

Can you open the capsules for Vyvanse and put them in milk or food?

I have a hard time getting my son to take his medication. We get into an argument every morning about it. Is there anyway that my son can have the capsule opened and I sprinkle the stuff into food or milk? I thought my doctor had mentioned you can do that, but it was so long ago I forget.

It is stated on this website to avoid taking vitamin C when taking this medication. Does that include multivitamins as well as food.
