I was prescribed Tramadol for a torn rotator cuff yesterday?

I took one 50mg tablet at about 9pm, one at 5:30am and the last one I took at noon today. Since about 9am I've been very dizzy, nauseated, borderline migraine and started vomiting around 3pm and still going. My question is, when will these side effects stop?

Viibryd and valerian root?

Can I safely take Viibryd 40mg with valerian root and l tryptophan? I have been taking trazodone for sleep but it is not working at all. I only feel dizzy and tired the next morning. I also take Hydrocodone for Rheumatoid Arthritis pain.

Does omeprazole cause side effects even though off from it?

I took omeprazole for about 20 days and then I stopped because I can't take the side effects. I am off now for about 17 days and sometimess I feel dizzy and feeling weak. Is that a normal side effect? And how many days till I'll be 100 percent fine and back to normal strength? Thanks
