What's the alternative drug for tramadol?

Can anyone help me out? I'm really suffering as tramadol has been banned in my country and I'm in deep body pain and I can't sleep.

Trazodone makes me tired and drowsy the day after I have taken it?

I take 100 mgs(2 tablets) an hour before I go to bed. I sleep through the night just fine. But the following day, Im tired and drowsy. One tablet doesnt work. I was curious as to what time everyone generally takes their Klonopin ... I'm on 2.5 mg. from my new sleep doc (he agreed with me when I saw him on Friday and even gave me refills! much improvement over my gp!) Thanks :)

What is your experience with Trazodone?

Someone please tell me this is mild and safe and tolerable. This is the medication my doctor wants me to try for anxiety, depression, and sleep.

My son is on vyvance and can not sleep!?
