Sertraline - what side effects should I experience in the first weeks?

I started sertraline a week and a half ago and I am still getting awful headaches. Is this normal and what can I take to relieve it?

I've been taking Zoloft/Sertraline, for 11 weeks now. Started out on 25mg and then 50mg. I've been on 50mg for 6 weeks. I'm still having minor anxiety here and there but even that is bothersome.
