Gabapentin 300mg, Paxil 50mg and Ativan 0.5mg?

Been on these 3 drugs for 4 weeks. Paxil was only increased 2 weeks ago. Should I be feeling full effect of increase yet? Amitriptyline - amitriptyline and Lexapro?

Has anyone had a tricyclic added to their SSRI for anxiety? I’m adding amitriptyline to Lexapro as have awful panic but am nervous.

Can I take 30mg of my Temazepam in the morning to help with my anxiety?
