What can you take for arthritic pain when you have stage 3 kidney disease?

I was taken off NSAID’s because of kidney disease. I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis and am in pain most of the time. The doctor said take Tylenol which does nothing for my pain. What other options do I have to decrease the amount of inflammation and pain I have?

Prolia shots for osteoporosis?

I am 50 years old and I have the beginnings of osteoporosis. I was put on Prolia shots every 6 months. The first two were not so bad but this last one has ruined my quality of life. How does Prolia compare to Boniva? My mom is 83.

She has chronic illnesses CHF, pulmonary obstruction,RA, and now T11 vertebra fracture, Dr recently prescribed Prolia waiting on approval at this time but reviews of drug are scaring me please help She was on Boniva years ago
