Muscle knots from statins?

I was put on Simvastatin a few months ago. I’ve had bad muscle aches so I’ve cut it back to every other day (on my own). Now I’ve got like 2-3 hard muscle knots on each upper arm. They hurt when you apply pressure. I just wondering if this could be from the Simvastatin.

I’ve been getting random tingling 24/7 and muscle weakness, particularly in my arms, feels like my sensation of touch is not the same. Not sure whether to continue. Also had some weird vision blurred circle in my left eye.

Take prednisone with Brilinta?

Can you take 20 mg of prednisone day for 5 days while on Brilinta? Injured my foot, strained muscle and need prednisone help heal quicker. Like to make sure no interactions and nit affect the Brilinta. Any helpful information be appreciated

Has anyone taking biktarvy have or ever had thigh or calve muscle pain or cramping?
