I am very tired on 25mg (2x daily) and cannot stop yawning to get my breath. I have told my GP but he says continue with the metoprolol. I am 82 and have COPD caused by my late husband smoking 52 years ago. Can one take this drug when my heart beat is often below 60 bpm?

Toothache. Can I take Amoxil 500mg with enalapril 10mg and metoprolol 12.5mg hbp meds?
