I’m starting week 2 of Effexor. My dr just lowered the dose to 25 mg due to insomnia and fatigue.?

Quetiapine and testicular and prostate pain?

I'm taking quetiapine 300 mg per day. I feel a burning in my testicules and prostate pain. If I reduce the dose the symptoms go away. It happened to me with clozapine too, that's why I changed it. Anyone else with this trouble?

I take 1 mg of lorazepam once a week for insomnia. Would it be safe to drink alcohol the next night?

Amitriptyline doesn't work for me anymore, I've taken Nytol for first time tonight instead of amitriptyline but that hasn't worked either. I don't know what to do anymore? I'm not sleeping every night until about 5am for about 4 hours.
