Would like to ask whether I can combine losartan with grape seed extract as supplement?

I am currently taking 50mg losartan daily. I wish to take grape seed extract as an anti oxidant. Am afraid of potential side effects if combined wrongly. Thanks.

My treatment is infusion every 3 weeks? After two treatments I have developed high blood pressure. Does Keytruda cause high blood pressure?
