Trintellix - what time of day works best?

Trying to fight awful fatigue. Was taking Trintellix in late afternoon but zombie all day long. When is best time to take it so I have energy. Feel like my life is on hold. Ready to feel better. On week 2

Has anyone experienced anxiety disorder and low mood and had success with this?

I suffer from social anxiety and general anxiety, but also low mood (lethargy, low motivation, overwhelm, ADHD type symptoms). I think this could help me, but I'm worried about it worsening anxiety symptoms.

Started Losartan for high blood pressure several months ago - no energy, lethargy. About the only time my blood pressure was high at 150/90 is when I am in the doctor's office. At home it is normal.

My cat got a shot of maropitant and died?

My cat went to the vet for throwing up and a bit lethargic. Had X-rays and blood work and all was ok. They gave him a shot of Maripitant and he passed away 2 hours later. Eyes and mouth wide open like a seizure? Can anyone answer my question of why?
