Has anyone experienced anxiety disorder and low mood and had success with this?

I suffer from social anxiety and general anxiety, but also low mood (lethargy, low motivation, overwhelm, ADHD type symptoms). I think this could help me, but I'm worried about it worsening anxiety symptoms.

Started Losartan for high blood pressure several months ago - no energy, lethargy. About the only time my blood pressure was high at 150/90 is when I am in the doctor's office. At home it is normal.

Buspirone 7.5 is taken twice a day for general anxiety and modafinil 200mg is taken 1-2 times a day for shift work disorder. Safe together?
