Fragmin - Emergency medicine for deep vein thrombosis. DVT?

Deep vein thrombosis with small pulmonary embolism. No pain, no shortness of breath. Taking Xa inhibitor.I work in the wilderness 3 hour from car. If this clot travels is there any emergency medicine I could self administer that would work fast?
