Clarithromycin - when do side effects end after finishing?!?

I took my last dose of clarithromycin last night. I am still dealing with the following side-effects: nausea, headaches, lightheadedness, fatigue. Has anyone else experienced this after finishing the treatment? If so how long did it take to feel normal again? I am desperate! Thanks

Take 60 mg of mirtazapine per day?

I am taking 30 mg of mirtazapine per day. My psychiatrist wants to increase my dose to 60 mg. On the package insert of the drug it is written that the maximum dose is 45mg. I am afraid to take 60mg; Is there a reason why the instructions say that the maximum dose is 45 mg? Thank you

I just ran out of my thyroid medication and i need a couple doses before i can get any more. I found some levothyroxine SODIUM, but i take levothyroxine without the sodium. Wondering if its safe to take a couple with the sodium?

Is divalproex sodium simply a higher dose of clonazepam? They seem to be in the same category: anti-convulsants. If used for bipolar disorder, would they just be affecting the depression side alone?

Wegovy - reverting to 0.05 dose, I am not tolerating 0.10?

Bcause of the shortage of higher dose I have taken 3 months of 0.05 and had no side affects and lost about a 1lb week. I am now on the second week of 0.10 and am really miserable with reflux, indigestion, especially at night. Could I alternate between 0.05 and 0.10, or even just use 0.05?

I just started Wegovy on Wednesday the 23rd of Feb 2022. I am ravenous. Super hungry. How long does it take until your appetite subsides? It’s the lowest starting dose. Thank you. Praying I have success!!
