I'm taking 2 benzodiazapines. Is it safe?

I'm bipolar and I have anxiety. I'm very bothered that I'm taking two benzodiazapines. One is clonazepam and the other is alprazolam.

Benzodiazepine - Took 1 10 mg Valium after last dose of Klonopin taper?

I've been off Klonopin 11 weeks now after taper. Took one 10mg tablet Valium for muscle pain this morning. Will I restart acute withdrawal? Just curious. I think I'm okay, but just scared.

I’m taking 3 0.5mg pills a day. How do you ask your doctor to increase the dose? My preference is taking 3, 1 mg daily or at best 1mg in the morning and 0.5mg two more times a day.
