Can I take any anti nausea medication with Lexapro?

I have nausea off and on due to severe GERD. I'm on omeprazole yet still have nausea, but Zofran anti nausea cannot be used with Lexapro.

How safe is it to take Zyrtec, Nexium, Pepcid, lorazepam, and buspirone all in one day?

Barrett's Esophagus - As a newly diagnosed individual with Barrets Esophagus.

What can I expect going forward? Also, what is the very best antacid on the market that works? I have tried so many on the market and I get minimum results. I will know more on October 7th 2020 after speaking more in-depth with my surgeon.
