If I am taking mirtazapine at night can I take 5-THP for anxiety during the day?

you see I have anxiety and depression and I am on lorazepam which is a benzodiazepam and I want to get off of it but I need something over the counter that will help me with it so that's why I asked the question when I heard about benadryl. Or is there any other OTC that helps?
