Weaning off escitalopram?

Been on for 3 years for anxiety and panic attacks. Symptoms have returned and doc said to wean off and go on something else. Terrible side effects, sick, dizzy, depressed, anxious and panicky. How long will this last and can I go on something else.

I am trying to ween off of Xanax and replace it with L-Theanine, I am so dizzy I cannot function?

I am also so tired I can sleep 12 hours at a time. I am only taking my Xanax every other day .25 mg. Is it possible on such a small dose to be withdrawing?

Xanax urine test, what can I do to get clean?

Clonazepam - does the sleepiness go away after a while?

Hydroxyzine HCL?

I have never heard of this particular med and need to know other peoples opinion of this. I can not take Benzo's that can lead to addiction. Is there anything out there that works. This one doesn't do anything for me.

How does prozac affect energy?
