I’ve only taken this 50 mg for three nights. No appetite and not sleeping thru the night. I’ve lost my sense of taste and feel during the day that’s it’s making me lethargic.
My doctor is not very compassionate.
If I stop now would there be a lot of side effects?
Stopping trazodone after 3 days?

That's a very low dose and you only took it for a very short while... so you should be fine.
One thing though, what you describe are very common side effects when you initially start the medication. They generally resolve within days to a week or so for most people.
