I just started taking Sprintec. I’m have been taking it for one month. I’ve got my period but before I got it I was bleeding. It was spotting and I was on my period for nine days and and now the bleeding is the same as it was before. Is that normal?

It is common that you get irregular bleeding during the first few months of a new hormonal birth control. If the bleeding is heavy & prolonged, you will need to be monitored by your doctor.
