Does splitting a viagra tablet effect performance?

He’s asking if You only need 25 or 50 but have a 100 can you cut it to a smaller dose not because he wants it to work faster.

I have used both 50 mg and 100mg, I have also split the 100mg. what I found was when split they do have a faster reaction time, IF, you are thinking along those lines. also noticed they did not seem to last as long, (not unexpected because of the smaller dose). however the end result is the same.
I usually take it on an empty stomach and I found that alcohol seems to interfere for me to some degree. however I will not stop using it. It works for me.

I have to agree with what Old guynj said. I find that 1/2 a pill helps me with a sensitivity issue. A whole pill and she is ready to quit before I am. 1/2 a pill and things have returned to normal. New user of this, service related pelvic injury and seems it wanted to go for round two. I use the generic version, ceneforce, so you may not have the same results with viagra. I know this is a rather old thread but as an update did 1/2 pill work out for you?

Answers here are not helpful and wrong. First he did not ask about intimacy. It was about getting hard. Intimacy can include or exclude sex but in this question we're obviously talking about a physical aspect and Viagra as an aid. Sheesh. Lectures on cuddling ... really? Second, 10mg pills must be for raising vegetables. Viagra is 25/50/100mg. It depends on age, weight, drugs for heart or cholesterol interactions. Third, yeah, a 50mg is smaller than a 100 but cutting a 100 releases the Ingredients more quickly since the intact pill takes longer to dissolve. I personally cut a 100 for that quicker release and a better sense of timing our sexual activity. Finally, I'd avoid taking two cut 50mg pills since the rush of faster absorbing chemicals gives me an acid stomach. That's the answer (s). Hope this helps in a more accurate and constructive manner.

Of course, splitting reduce the quantity of directed active ingredients. Less active ingredients in a drug dose less is the performance.

If you cut a pill and take half of it, of course you're losing effectiveness, you're taking less of the medication.

I personally would not cut them up, also, be advised, you know that warning about "long term injury?" They're not kidding about that. Hope this helps. And is it 100 or 10?
