What can I take for sinus infection?

also with the heater on in the winter time it dries out the nose etc. try running humidifiers. or saline spray for the nose.

If you want to ride it out you can take some Dayquil or Nyquil sinus. You do sound sick enough to go to the doctor though. If you do go in and they want to give you medication make sure they don't give you an antibiotic for a viral infection. It will not do anything. Dayquil will be as effective against a viral infection as an antibiotic.
