I took the compound contrave, low dose at first. I took two after a period of not taking it. It was not even a full dose. I was sick for 2 days, very sick. Horrible headache, nausea, diarrhea. It was pretty severe. Went to urgent care. Basically nausea meds were given. The symptoms are eased, except the headache. I’m still weak from the lost fluids.
I’m stopping contrave for good, but the headache is still bad. I do not drink alcohol so I wasn’t sure what caused the severity, no other drugs that trigger severe reaction.
