I used ketamine 5 times without any problematic side effects. It was wonderful for me but Kaiser requires being off of marijuana which is the reason I haven't continued. Marijuana is medicine for me, softening the energetic heaviness I experience. I told my Kaiser psychiatrist if they ever change the policy, I'd love to take ketamine again.
