Viagra has a short half life of around 4 hours. As an estimation a dose of Viagra should be out of your system after 5.5 half lives which is 22 hours.
5.5 x 4 = 22 hours
You should see your doctor if the dizziness etc continues.

i m 21 yrs old and i took 100mg of viagra 4 days ago, that day after taking, my vision have lost almost, after that stomach acidity, back pain and sleepless night, headache, pls suggest me what to do?
