I had sex on my highest day of my ovulation according to the Flo app, he did not pull out in time so some of it went inside from my understanding, he's saying he is not sure. I took the pill about 1 -2 hrs after this happened. I'm feeling nauseous and cramping? Do you think it will work. I took 2 Pregnon tablets. I can't be pregnant right now.

It's unlikely. The only emergency pill that is proven can help during the 24 hours around ovulation, itself, is Ella (Ulipristal Acetate). You can see that on their website. Even Ella isn't guaranteed to work. Plan B might help, but it's never been proven.
As you've already used Plan B, it's not advised to use Ella, as there is not enough research done on using the 2 together, & they may stop each other working/cancel each other out.
The only other thing you could do, is have a Paragard IUD fitted, by a doctor, within 5 days/120 hours of the unprotected sex. That can stop a pregnancy implanting, if Plan B fails. Again, not guaranteed, but it is used as emergency contraception, as it can work, & can be left in place as longer term contraception.
