It depends on the test. Most normal blood panels like a CBC (complete blood count) metabolic panels, liver enzyme tests etc. wont show that a woman is on the pill. If they do hormone tests, they would see elevated hormone levels. A urine drug screen will NOT show contraceptives-they are not looking for that. Urine drug screens are looking for certain illegal and controlled drugs only.
If they're looking for it, they might find a larger amount of hormones then normal, but they don't look for it. These pills are hormones, naturally in your body.
