I am currently on 100mg a day of sertraline have been for over a year. It started off well but feel like I’m slowly getting depressed again. I’m thinking of upping to 150mg a day or even 200mg. Has anyone done this and felt improvement? I will speak to my doctor of course but thought I’d ask on here due to its hard to book an appointment doing this pandemic. Thanks

I'm recently doing the same thing. Only I've been on 100mg for about 30 years. We have a lot more strress in our lives, not just with Covid, but we have had a death, a family break up, people not talking to each other and a lot of other stuff too. I'm not the calmest person in the world. In fact, pretty far from that, I think the extra 50mg makes a small change, but I dont see it making any long term improvement. Definitely check with your doctor. Best of luck.
