Medication - Has anyone ever taken low dose mirtazapine (Remeron) for sleep?

I’ve taken it for 10 days and I sleep well, but the next day’s reaction is troubling. I am nauseous and agitated.

I accidentally took my sleeping pill again in the morning (15mg dose of Remeron). What now?

Is this going to cause any issues, keeping in mind that I took another 15mg dose last night? Can I still take another 15mg tonight to sleep?

What is the best way to taper off Remeron? I have been taking 3.5 mg at night for 5-months, My?
