Found a small, round yellow pill with 81 engraved on one side and its blank on the other side. Anybody know what this is? I see a lot of people saying its Bayer 81mg but the 81 on Bayer is printed in black, on this pill its engraved into it so the 81 is the same color as the pill.
What is a round yellow pill blank on one side and 81 engraved on the other side?

The yellow round pill with 81 on it and nothing on other side is an aspirin extended time release.
I don't think it's a low dose aspirin or Bayer cuz it's engraved in pill not printed on pill...
As you have found in several comments , I'm am almost positive it's a low dose 81mg OTC aspirin . Used for heart health , and for thinning the blood slightly . As for the "bayer" name , there are several brands of this tablet , and lots of store brands also. So it could be any manufacture that produced this exact tablet. I hope this helps:)
Thank you, yes this helps. And this is what I thought but very helpful to get a second opinion. Wanted to make sure it wasn't narcotic as I found this in my driveway near the street.
You're very welcome :) glad I could help !
