My fella bought these tabs off his uncle who got them off his mate they are supposed to be pink stars. I googled them and no pink stars were round shaped, they have little red specks in and there is no marking,numbers,inprints or scores on. anyone have any ideas?? Also they came in a clear plastic bag with no info.

Sorry, there's no way to ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the US are required by the FDA to have an imprint, otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit.
