I get 10/325 every once in a while to get through really bad pain times as my whole spine seems to just be falling apart. I always get some relief from10 325 prescriptions until today, when CVS gave me Rhodes RP Pharmaceuticals Percocet 10 325. I immediately noticed they're small round tablets and not the oblong big ones I've always received for years, but thought "who cares" what they look like as they should be the same since I got them from CVS. After taking these tablets, as prescribed, one at a time every 6 hours for over a day. I'm not getting any relief. Anyone else?
Is Rhodes Pharmaceuticals RP 10 325 Percocet the same as other brands?

I can recommend a couple of good brands of generic oxycodone:
1). Alvogen brand--however you may have to shop around to a couple of 'Mom n Pop' type of local pharmacies to see if they have it or will order it for you.
2). Camber brand--it used to be available around here where I live but I can't find it anymore. Walgreens used to dispense it here.
I agree about Alvogen. It’s definitely the best that I’ve had. I was told by my pharmacy, which is a mom and pop pharmacy, that Alvogen is no longer manufacturing oxycodone. Are you still able to get them?
Yes I am still getting my Alvogen scripts filled. In fact, there has been no mention by this 'mom 'n' pop' pharmacy of any discontinuation of their supply of Alvogen for my scripts I get filled there. By the way, I live in central Texas. Try going to the Alvogen company website and then write to them, explaining your situation. I'll bet that they will help you out.
I recently received Rhodes oxycodone 5mg/325mg tablets. I thought I must have built up a tolerance until the next refill was another brand. It was night and day. The new prescription worked so well and I had very little pain with it. Now I’m back oh Rhodes.
Then I saw this on drugs.com and I’m not a crazy drug lady!
I didn’t want to complain to my doctor or pharmacist because I didn’t want to get “the look”. But I did ask my doctor if she heard anything about Rhodes not working as well. She said nope and we moved on. I have always taken as directed. So I asked my pharmacist and he told me he has heard people complain about Rhodes. But because we live in a small town 6 hours from a large town we only get what we get. Since Rhodes is the cheapest that’s what we get. So I asked him if my dr wrote the prescription for just oxycodone would it be different. He said he had 3 different brands right now.
Since I signed a pain contract I have to suffer the rest of this month. Although this is not included in the pain contract early refills are. I am hoping my doctor will agree to a change on my next refill.
This really needs to exposed. May be the same ingredients just processed different? Quality control lacking? I’m filing a report on this site.
I don't know about this particular brand but I do know from experience there can be a difference in the supposedly inert ingredients between labs. I have taken one med for 20 years but was recently given a prescription from a different lab that I cannot tolerate.
