What can I take to reduce the side effects of tramadol? Such as nausea, vomiting, weakness thanks?

Yes if you have to take this for awhile yet call your doctor and let the doctor know of all the side effects you are getting with the tramadol and see if you can get something else. Chuck1957 are you taking it with food. and follow Delia advice. Chuck
Hi, you can take an antiemetic such as Cyclizine for the nausea/vomiting. Paracetamol is also good to reduce any pain, such as headache, or fever/high temperature from vomiting, and is safe taken alongside Tramadol. Some people find that the side effects such as these don't improve and opt for an alternative analgesic...
