Not enough information here to answer your question. It sounds like you are wondering how many to take. This has to be discussed with a doctor who has run blood tests. Otherwise one a day as the bottle says. If you are planning on taking the whole bottle, aside from vomiting it could shut down your organs in your body. A doctor is the key for you.

Sir, thank you for the response. My question is simple. I have purchased a bottle of Centrum 50+, but forgot to consume before it expired . The bottle has reached the expiry date. Can this be consumed (as per recommended dosage of 1 tab a day) post the expiry date ? Is there a possibility of poisoning or a reaction ? Please advise. Appreciate your time. regards ,

Thanks for explainng. Generally these products are good past their dates. However, if not stored properly and exposed to heat or moisture they will need to be thrown away, please call your pharmacy and they will tell you what the manufacturer says. Many vitamins can change over time. If it is a sealed bottle and never opened, be sure to let the pharmacist know that part.
