These medications are often prescribed together for anxiety disorders but the combination can potentially cause some dizziness and drowsiness initially. Just be careful until you know how it affects you in the first few days.
Zoloft is an excellent choice for treating anxiety long term and you may find that once it becomes fully effective you may not even need the clonazepam anymore.

Ideally, it's only recommended for use for about 6 weeks because of the possibility of addiction and long term side effects.
If it's taken exactly as directed by your doctor it's relatively safe for longer periods of time.
