That’s so sad. This should never happen. I suggest avoiding caffeine and major salt sources. Drink orange juice, and water, and eat sweet potatoes and potatoes (without salt). Bananas are good too. There are many high potassium foods so please look up the others. Also, talk to your doctor about it. Sometimes they can help. Sleep is important too. BP rises in the early morning and peaks about noon, I think so be aware. Avoid Facebook and other stressors. Let us know how it goes.
