Quetiapine for anxiety and agrophobia?

I had exactly what you are going through a few years ago.
I was using quetiapine for sleep.
Aside from the insomnia (because it didn’t work) but I had a dangerously high heart rate.
Every time I got up I would faint.
I’d get light headed, tunnel vision, tinnitus and down I would go.
Head, arm, knee injuries.
I needed to sleep because I was desperate so I put up with it.
I ended up in th ER and hospitalized.
It never went away so don’t expect it to.
I’d talk with my doctor and come up with a plan B.
For my insomnia, I take Ambien and trazodone which keeps me from becoming tolerant and I sleep.
