Help me identify this pill that might have been white before?
The pill marked u37 and is round says it’s a Tylenol 3 and white when I look it up on pill identifier but the pill I have is maybe now changed colors to yellow? Is this not good? Or am is it a different pill?

I just recently started taking B12 gel pills (1000 mcg). I also started taking apple cider vinegar gummies. I take 2 at a time about 1-3 times a day.
