As others have said, at 6+ hours you should still have about 50% of the drug in your body which should be enough help. It will work out for you. Please let us know how it went. Good luck to you.

Hi, Yaman!
Propranolol has a half life of approximately 4-5 hours. This means that after 4-5 hours 50% of your dose will still be in your system and after 6 it would be just slightly less.
Is there any way you could use a pill box or something to carry a dose with you that you can take before your event?
