What are you talking about this is ok? You are supposed to replace it within 3 hrs. And you need it in a week for it to protect you, unless you put it in the first day of your period, so you may not have been safe that week at all. If you have left it in since then you are protected during the week its out, but do not forget to put it back in on time. You also cannot leave the ring exposed to the air for more then 3 hrs.
