After unprotected sex , I took plan b within about 50 mins to an hour ? I went home and ate chicken ... then I read u aren't supposed to eat greasy foods after taking the pill. Is it true ?

I looked on Plan b's own website and didnt see anything about eating anything greasy.. I really cant see how this would hurt much. Yes, it could slow absorption some. If there was at least 30 min or more after swallowing the tablet until you ate then more than likely you absorbed most of it.

Where did you read that. It might be possible if you take it and eat right away, that the grease would slow absorption. How long did it take you to get home? It also may be because it could make you nauseated if you take it and then have grease.

Time frame to get home was less than 30 mins & I read it on a yahoo response... didn't feel nauseous after consuming anything though. Thank you for your reply
