Blue oblong shape pill marked G651 is Advil PM

If it is a blue oblong pill with "G651" on it, it's Tylenol PM.

I wanna know what is the oval shape blue pill with G651 is for someone have it to me cause I said I have a headache in I don't take other people medicine and they never told me the name or what it's for.

You didn't tell us a description of your pill - eg color and shape. Hope it may be the following?
G651: white capsule, beige band around middle, black imprint "G651":This may well be "Rite Aid" brand "Natural Psyllium Fiber Laxative Plus Calcium".
