The pill with a G193 imprint, capsule-shaped, white, & uncoated is a "Lactase Enzyme" tablet. I have a whole box of them from Costco!
The pill is a dairy relief tablet. Or "Lactaid Fast Act" pill. I know this because i am lactose intolerant and have to swallow one of these darn things every time i eat!
I think your pill is actually Q193 which is Temazepam 30 mg
