Called a fistula, you can read up on this on the internet, but this means that there is a hole between the prostate and rectum and can or should be corrected and or treated by a medical professional... immediately... you need to call an ER, speak with them, 911 if it get's worse or seems really bad at this moment or make a doctors appointment as soon as possible... This is not something to take lightly... I think it is also considered or called a UTI/UTL... will have to vfy... please get medical advice as possible, it is very important that you give all information on drugs/meds that the person has been on in the last 24-48 hours... blaze22
