I have panic disorder and when my nose is stuffed up, it sends me into a panic attack.
Panic Disorder - is it normal to feel anxious and get panicky just because my nose is stuffed up?

panic attacks are like marriage they are different for everyone. there are a lot of nerve endings in the nose which a panic attack/anxiety disorder can intensify the sensation and feelings of discomfort bringing on the attack

Thanks I was wondering why when I do experience these panic attacks . They start in my nose its so weird . Then I know I am having a full on attack its crazy. And it makes me more nervous. I just had one the other day and was embarrassed to ask about this very symptom. I am so grateful to you for publishing this.
