There is pain in the lower back due to increase in uric acid, what medicine should I take?

I think, that if you are experiencing lower back pain that maybe your Kidneys are unhappy. I can only recommend seeing a doctor (we, by forum rules are not allowed to give medical advice). We are just regular people like you.
