Does oxycodone hcl contain acetominophene?

The way you can tell is that if its one with acetaminophen in it the dose would be something like 10/325, instead of just 10.

It depends what the pill looks like hat marking does it have ? Oxycodone comes in pills that are strictly Oxycodone and do not contain any tylenol but it also comes in pills that are a combo of Oxycodone and Acetaminophen (Tylenol).
To answer your direct question Oxycodone HCL as a chemical compound does not contain any acetaminophen.
