That's how I started KM. I ended up with 2 x bedtime & 1 x morning. This us just because they made me drowsy when I took 2 . The effects of the oxybutynin don't stay with me longer than 24hrs once I stop taking them. If I don't want dry mouth/difficulty swallowing when I exercise, I just don't take them the night before or that morning. Hope this helps
