What is the onset, peak, and half life of xarelto?

I do know the half life, its 5-9 hrs in healthy young adults and 11-13 hrs in the elderly.

We had to write out all our cards by hand. We werent allowed to use the preprinted ones-care plans either, had to hand write them all out. I hated it at the time but it really did help me learn my drugs better-I still hate doing care plans. We did clinicals on Thursdays and it took me all of Wednesday evening to prepare. I wish I would have had the resources then like they do now. You guys are spoiled! I had to wait 8 weeks to get my NCLEX-had to drive 4 hrs to the city to take them, took two days to do the test, on paper, and 8 weeks to get the results. Now it is done by computer and you know right away whether you passed or not! I'll bet is was the same for you kaismama?

I found my old student hat cleaning the garage a few weeks ago. Talk about something that is an antique! You never see white nurses hats anymore. Stupid things. I, for one, was glad to be rid of them. I used to get mine caught in the curtains and it would rip your hair out by the roots! LOL Good ole days! I'm showing my age.
