I am just wondering why my boyfriend has this cream in his medicine cabinet and want to no if one of its uses is for treating sexually transmitted diseases?

Nyatatin / Triamcinolone, is not for sexually transmitted disease, its a steroid and fungus medication combination.

Triamcinolone is a steroid. It reduces the actions of chemicals in the body that cause inflammation, redness, and swelling.
The combination of nystatin and triamcinolone topical (for the skin) is used to treat skin infections caused by fungus or yeast."

I used this creme but it was for fungus (jock itch) and it has a steriod also to help in healing.
