My average blood pressure is around 125/55, my pulse rate is between 60 & 65. I am fit, have had 4 heart related operations, walk a lot, my BMI is around 24. My waist has reduced by at least 1 inch since Cardiac Rehab.
Normal heart rate is around 60-80 beats per minute and blood pressure should be around 120/80, no higher than 140-150/90.
